We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.
Standard shipping is service is the Dutch TNT Post. For more expensive items or larger orders to be shipped with Europe we strongly recommend UPS. Zone rates are indicated to give you an option in case the on-line calculations by TNT and/or UPS are unavailable.
Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to KAPshop within 2 days of receipt and we request that that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or damaged in transit.
