We will do our best to fulfill all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.

Please check and double check your address as it is entered with the order. Mistakes in addresses can cause delays, non-deliveries and losses for which cannot be held responsable.

Standard shipping is done through the Dutch company PostNL. Packages sent through PostNL within the European Union will have a tracking number. For destinations outside off the EU track-and-trace is optional.
Small items will be send as a letter and don't have a tracking number unless you choose for a "Registered Letter" and pay the extra costs. Registered letters have on-line track-and-trace and are insured up to Euro 50. If a registered letter doesn't arrive we will refund you or send the order a second time. If you choose not to register the letter, we will not refund you in the case the letter is lost in transfer as we don't want to suffer for the lousy service provided by today's distributors of letters.
For more expensive items or larger orders to be shipped within Europe we strongly recommend to ship using UPS.
Zone rates are indicated to give you an option in case the on-line calculations by TNT and/or UPS are unavailable.

Returns Policy
Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to KAPshop within 2 days of receipt and we request that that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or damaged in transit.
